Switch to Viperatron in 5 steps

Moving your contacts, templates, and sending setup from another email platform takes about 30 minutes. Follow these steps and you'll be sending on Viperatron the same day.

Before you start

  • • Access to your current email provider (to export contacts)
  • • Access to your domain's DNS settings (to set up sending domain)
  • • ~30 minutes of your time

Export your contacts from your current provider

Log in to Mailchimp and go to Audience → All contacts

Click "Export Audience" in the top right

Choose "Export as CSV" and wait for the email with download link

Download the ZIP — extract the CSV file inside

The CSV will have columns: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, and any custom fields

Mailchimp exports unsubscribed contacts too — Viperatron will skip them automatically on import.

Import your contacts into Viperatron

Upload your CSV on the Contacts page. Viperatron maps columns automatically — email, first name, last name, and any custom fields. Large imports (up to 100k rows) are processed in the background.

Add and verify your sending domain

Verifying your domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is required before sending campaigns. Viperatron gives you the exact DNS records to add. Most DNS providers propagate in under 5 minutes.

Add a verified sender identity

Add the From address you'll use to send campaigns (e.g., hello@your-company.com). Viperatron sends a verification email to confirm you own it — click the link and you're ready.

Send your first campaign

Create a campaign, pick your imported contacts as the audience, add your template or write inline, and hit Send. Start with a small segment to validate deliverability before blasting your full list.
